I've visited the store at Building 14155, Sullyfield Cir Circle, Suite E, Chantilly City, and was impressed by its wide range of products, including polished and decorative concrete solutions, concrete grinding and repair equipment, and epoxy. The store has a user-friendly layout, making it easy to navigate and find what you need.However, I noticed that the store's customer service is not always reliable. One of the clients had a terrible experience with a U-Haul van reservation, claiming that the van was not available when they went to pick it up. On the other hand, another client had a great experience with the staff, finding them to be friendly and helpful.The store's working hours seem to be standard, with Monday to Friday being open from 8:00 to 16:30 and Saturday from 8:00 to 16:00. Unfortunately, the store is closed on Sundays.The store offers various services, including onsite services, in-store shopping, in-store pickup, delivery, and curbside pickup. They also accept debit and credit cards, making it convenient for customers to make payments. Overall, the store's great selection of products and services makes it a good option for those in need of concrete solutions, but its customer service needs improvement.
