On one hand, it is convenient to be able to see a doctor of choice, but on the other hand, the front desk staff is a significant problem. Many patients have reported difficulty getting through on the phone, long wait times, and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff. One patient even mentioned that the staff has gone downhill since COVID. A significant issue that has been consistently reported by patients is the unresponsiveness of the front desk staff. They rarely pick up the phone and often leave patients on hold for extended periods, sometimes even after hours. This has caused significant frustration and stress for those trying to schedule appointments, get test results, or simply get help. While some patients have reported positive experiences with the medical staff, such as the PA being great, these positive experiences are overshadowed by the numerous complaints about the front desk staff.
