This pharmacy has some inconsistent moments, to say the least. On one hand, some customers had very positive experiences with friendly and helpful staff, including one who went above and beyond to find a hard-to-find OTC remedy. However, this seems to be an exception rather than the rule. Many customers have had issues with long wait times, unhelpful staff, and inaccurate or delayed prescription filling. It's also concerning that the pharmacy has had issues with running out of essential medications and having poor communication with customers about their prescriptions.Some of the issues seem to be with the pharmacy's internal systems and organization, rather than the staff themselves. For example, one customer had to wait for hours for a prescription to be filled because the pharmacy forgot to order it, and another customer had to go to a different location to get their prescription filled because the one in Aldie was closed.It's worth noting that the pharmacy's hours are not always accurate, and customers have reported issues with the website and automated systems not reflecting the correct hours. This can be frustrating for customers who are trying to plan their day or rely on the pharmacy for essential medications.One customer did mention that they had a good experience with a particular pharmacist, but unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the norm. Overall, it seems like this pharmacy has some significant issues that need to be addressed in order to provide good customer service.
