The business has a welcoming environment, perfect for families with kids. The staff is very nice and kind, creating a safe and caring atmosphere. They have excellent sensory rooms and provide preschool training and daily life skills training. The service provider has very good seating and prioritizes the kids' well-being and development. The owners are supportive and understanding, always willing to listen and work with families.However, it seems that this location may have some issues with staffing, as one client reported that the owners have no experience in mental health and the staff is not sufficient to handle multiple clients.Note: The staff's lack of experience in mental health and the potential understaffing issues were the two main points that stood out in the client feedback, but the issue of understaffing was the most severe and concerning.
