The gym offers a good range of facilities, including a climbing wall, which is a unique feature that sets it apart from other gyms on campus. The location is convenient, especially for those living in the Rappahannock Neighborhood. However, the gym can get crowded at certain hours of the day. The equipment is generally well-maintained, but there are instances of machines being out of order or in poor condition. A major issue is that many of the machines are often out of date, and it can be frustrating to find the one you want to use is not working. The gym also has some limited space, but it has all the essentials. Despite these issues, the gym is a good option for students and staff, especially given its late-night hours and convenient location. The climbing wall is a major plus that I haven't seen anywhere else on campus. However, there is a strong smell in the weight room area on the left. The dumbbells handles are also somewhat rusted out, which can be a concern for hygiene.
