This business location is a great spot to spend time. The facilities are well-maintained, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The wheelchair-accessible restrooms, parking lot, and entrance are a big plus. It's easy to move around and get what I need. This place has a lot to offer, including restaurants and a corporate office. It's a good place for a meeting or a work session. I really like the atmosphere here. However, I find that the prices for services are not clear or competitive. This is something that could be improved upon. The Signal Hill Office Building is a nice addition, adding to the overall experience.
