I visited Sears Home Services in Dulles Town Circle. The location is easily accessible with ample parking space, which is a plus. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the overall experience has been mixed.The quality of service provided by Sears Home Services is average. Some technicians are knowledgeable and efficient, while others seem to be struggling with their work. This inconsistency is frustrating and raises concerns about the quality of training and supervision.Pricing is another area where Sears Home Services needs to improve.
