This condominium complex is a great place to live, with a convenient location in Ashburn City. The building itself is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot. The staff, working under the name Risezone Solutions LLC, are very helpful and knowledgeable. They provide excellent technical support, and are able to resolve a wide range of issues with laptops and other computer systems. Many of the clients have had very positive experiences with the technicians, who are patient, informative, and sweet. The services are very good, with everything explained as it is being done. Some clients have been completely satisfied, and have even recommended the service to their friends. However, one client experienced some issues, including having to wait for the technician to resolve their problem, which left them feeling frustrated. Overall, the complex is a great place to live, with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
