This place is a gem of a hotel, offering a unique experience that's a perfect blend of history and comfort. The location, situated on a historic farm, is absolutely charming, with the original structures dating back to the early 1800s still standing. The room was beautifully decorated in a rustic style, and the grounds were teeming with life, thanks to the owners' free-range chicken and geese. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a delicious and beautifully presented meal that was almost too pretty to eat. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into making sure every detail was just right, from the beautiful dishes to the carefully prepared meal. One of the only drawbacks is the lack of accessibility for people with mobility issues. The historic buildings can be a bit of a challenge to navigate, and some of the rooms are located on upper floors with no elevator.Despite this, our stay was truly unforgettable, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience. The owners are clearly passionate about their property, and it shows in every detail.
