The Youth organization has a unique atmosphere, where everyone feels at home. The owner, Glen, is a kind and caring person who makes sure everyone has a great experience. The instruction is fantastic, with a focus on both the physical and emotional aspects of the sport. The coaching staff seems to be knowledgeable and passionate about their work, with a strong focus on developing the skills of the athletes. The facilities are somewhat basic, with a one-court setup inside a garage, which may not match the pictures online. However, the organization is working hard to provide the best possible experience for its members. Despite some miscommunications in the past, the owner seems to be genuinely apologetic and committed to resolving issues. One major concern is the difficulty in getting in touch with the coaching staff, which can lead to frustration for those trying to schedule appointments or classes.
