The building itself has a restroom for visitors to use. The office is a part of a well-known health care system, Kaiser Permanente Health Care. The staff is friendly and courteous. I made an appointment, which was a good idea, as the doctor seemed to be very busy. The wait time was a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it. The medical staff was knowledgeable and professional. However, I was surprised to see that the doctor on the medical staff is not the same as the one listed on the website. The description of the doctor listed on the website does not match the doctor I saw. I didn't have any issues with my visit, but there seems to be an inconsistency in the information provided.
