I visited this urgent care center in Vienna City and had a decent experience. The staff was generally friendly and welcoming, but some members of the staff were not as pleasant. The wait times were not too long, and I was able to see a doctor within a reasonable time frame. The quality of care was average, and while the doctors were knowledgeable, they seemed to be in a rush during my visit. The prices were reasonable, and I felt that I got good value for the money I paid. One of the things that stood out to me was the clinic's commitment to providing care to the LGBTQ+ community, which was a welcome and appreciated aspect of my visit. However, there was an issue with one staff member being unprofessional and dismissive, which detracted from my overall experience. Overall, I would give this urgent care center 4 out of 5 stars.
