This condominium complex seems to be a mixed bag. On one hand, it has some great features such as a swimming pool and wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, which makes it a convenient place to live for many people. The staff is also generally helpful and friendly, which is a major plus. Some residents have praised the amenities, such as the big pool in summer, and the grounds, which are well-maintained and lovely.However, there are also some major issues that have been raised by multiple residents. The biggest problem is the lack of communication and responsiveness from management, which has led to frustration and inconvenience for many residents. One resident mentioned that they were woken up by drilling above their unit for three days without any notice, and another resident had to deal with a sociopathic board member and incompetent management.
