The building is a charming 18th-century style property, with beautiful furnishings and room decor that provide a sense of history while still offering modern amenities. The location is convenient for many local attractions, including vineyards, breweries, restaurants, and historic areas. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, such as water activities on the Potomac River and entertainment in the park. Guests can expect to receive excellent service and enjoy delicious food and drink options, including breakfast with fresh, homemade ingredients. The staff is friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable about local events and happy to provide recommendations. The only drawback is that some of the exterior areas, such as the parking and sidewalks, could benefit from some maintenance and repair.
