The location is average, but the staff is unfriendly. The shuttle to the airport is convenient. The rooms are clean but the maintenance is poor. One of the issues was that the television did not work properly. Despite the effort of maintenance to fix it, it still did not work. The housekeeping service was not completed as explained at check-in. The room had some issues, such as broken door handles and lights fixtures. The shower curtain was not cleaned properly. The breakfast selection is average. The hotel is located near the airport, making it a good option for travelers. The parking is convenient, but the hotel does not provide a parking permit, which could result in the car being towed. The staff is friendly in some cases, but not all. The overall experience is average, with some areas that need improvement.
