This dialysis center provides quality care, but with some limitations. The location is very convenient for people who work nearby. Staff is generally very helpful, and they strive to accommodate personal needs. There are some excellent team members who take great care of patients, but the overall quality of care can be inconsistent. Staff is very friendly, but it seems that some team members are overwhelmed or stressed. Some staff members, like Marisol, Cathy, Peter, Alwyn, and Robert, stand out as excellent examples of caregivers. The facility is clean and well-maintained. On the other hand, there are issues with phone calls and return calls from the front desk staff. There are some complaints about the behavior of certain staff members, including one PCT named Kimberly who has been accused of having a bad attitude and being under the influence. Despite some issues, the management seems to care about patients' well-being. One patient was very satisfied with the care received, despite having to spend time at the center for dialysis.
