This place has a lot of issues. From the outside, it looks like a typical Dairy Queen location, but things start to go wrong from the moment you try to order. The staff seems disorganized and unfriendly, and the food quality is hit-or-miss. Sometimes the fries are old and cold, and the chicken is overcooked. The service is slow and inconsistent, and the restaurant is often dirty. The hours listed on the door don't match the hours on the website, and it's not uncommon for the place to close early without warning. When the staff is friendly, it's a nice touch, but it's not enough to make up for the overall experience. The worst part is that the management seems to be completely unaware of the problems, and it's clear that they don't care.
