I recently visited the Costco Optical Department in Sterling City, and my experience was quite positive. The staff, led by Dr. Krause, were professional and thorough in their exams. They were also convenient and had a good location, which made it easy for me to schedule an appointment. The staff at this location also provide onsite services, which is a great convenience for customers.The staff at this location are also very knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my prescription. They also had a wide selection of frames to choose from, and the staff was happy to help me select the right one.One issue that I encountered was with the phone service. On two separate occasions, I had to wait on hold for over 25 minutes, and the second time, nobody answered. This is not a professional way to run the optical department, and it's not what I would expect from a reputable business like Costco.However, the prices at this location are unbeatable. They are significantly cheaper than other optical providers, even without insurance. The quality of the glasses and the service is also top-notch, making it a great value for the price.Overall, I would highly recommend the Costco Optical Department in Sterling City to anyone looking for great value and excellent service.
