I visited this medical service location and was generally satisfied with the experience. The staff is very helpful and always answer all my questions. The doctors are thorough and caring, taking the time to explain everything to me. The office is well-organized, and appointments are always on time. I've been to this location multiple times and have always had a positive experience. However, one issue I have noticed is that the receptionist is sometimes difficult to hear on the phone due to speaking softly, and the new patient forms have some unprofessional wording, such as an outdated term for a medical condition.The parking is convenient, and the office is easily accessible for people with disabilities. The doctor's bedside manner could use some improvement, but they are always thorough and knowledgeable. Overall, I would highly recommend this medical service location to anyone looking for a neurologist. The doctor is very professional, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The office is clean and well-maintained, and the appointments are always started on time. I'm very satisfied with the service I've received here.
