I walked into the Pediatric clinic and was greeted by a friendly staff. They were kind and welcoming, and the office seemed clean and well-maintained. However, I was a bit put off by the noise level, which seemed excessive due to the staff chatting while the doctor was in the room. The doctor, Dr. Faqiri, was very friendly and gave good parenting advice. She did seem to be in a bit of a rush, but she took her time to examine my child.One major issue I noticed was the lack of communication between the staff and the patients. I had to ask multiple times for information and clarification on various matters. It seemed like the staff was not very attentive to my concerns and questions.I did notice that the clinic has a bilingual staff, which is a great asset for families with limited English proficiency. They also have a policy of getting back to patients in a timely manner, which is a relief for parents.Despite some minor issues, I would recommend this clinic to families with young children. However, I do hope they work on improving their communication skills and staff training to better serve their patients.The prices seemed reasonable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
