This business has a great reputation with most clients being extremely satisfied with their experience. The clients praise the talent and professionalism of the owners, Ayse and her husband. They appreciate the quality of work and timely turnaround, often commenting on how the owners go above and beyond to accommodate their needs. Prices are also considered fair and reasonable. One client did experience an issue with a stain on their dress, but it was not a significant problem and the owners apologized and offered to fix it. However, one client had a major issue with their wedding suit being damaged with two huge black marks on it, and they took a long time to acknowledge responsibility and fix it.
