The staff at Allergy and Asthma Associates is very kind and professional. They always take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you feel comfortable during your appointment. Dr. Blair is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all of your questions. The nurses are also very friendly and accommodating. One of the things that stands out about this practice is their excellent customer service. They always return your calls promptly and answer any questions you may have.The only issue I encountered was with their billing. I was charged for a service without my knowledge or consent, which was very frustrating. However, the staff was very apologetic and worked to resolve the issue.The office is clean and well-maintained, and the waiting area is comfortable. The staff is very efficient and gets you in and out of your appointment in a timely manner.Overall, I would highly recommend Allergy and Asthma Associates to anyone with allergy or asthma issues. They provide excellent care and service, and their staff is very kind and professional.It's worth noting that the practice has made significant efforts to improve their efficiency and customer service since some of the negative reviews were posted. They have implemented a new check-in system and retrained their staff to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.
